سياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء — Refund & Cancellation Policy

تقدر تسترجع المنتجات خلال 14 يوم من استلام الطلب، بشرط أن تكون بحالتها الأصلية غير مستخدمة، بالتيكت، ومعها الفاتورة.
المنتجات اللي فيها عيب صناعة أو المختلفة عن الطلب: بنستبدلها أو بنرد قيمتها كاملة، وبنتحمل مصاريف الشحن.
في غير ذلك يتحمل العميل مصاريف شحن الإرجاع.

بيتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل من استلام المرتجع وفحصه.

تقدر تلغي طلبك في أي وقت قبل الشحن، ويتم رد المبلغ بالكامل. بعد شحن الطلب يتم التعامل معه كطلب استرجاع حسب الشروط أعلاه.

Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition with tags, and accompanied by the invoice.
Defective items or items different from the order are exchanged or fully refunded, and we cover the shipping cost.
Otherwise, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipping for a full refund. Once shipped, the order is handled as a return under the terms above.
